Massage Ceremonie om het oude los te laten en het nieuwe te verwelkommen.

Neem de tijd om bewust het nieuwe jaar te ontmoeten. Laat de spanning van de afgelopen periode van je lijf, emoties en geest wegvloeien en stel een intentie voor de komende periode.

De nieuwjaars massage ceremonie bestaat uit 4 een op een massagetherapie sessies van 1.5 uur verspreid over een paar maanden. Elke sessie heeft een bepaalde thema en bevat zelfreflectie, een intentie stellen, en een lichaamsmassage van 60m.

Meerdere technieken worden gebruikt onder andere Lomi Lomi, Hot stone, Aromatherapie en Holistische Pulsing.

Logistiek

Sessies vinden plaats tussen Dec en Feb in The Oasis Studio in Haarlem-Noord.

Totale kosten: 295 inc BTW.

New Years Massage Ceremony

Let go of what no longer serves you and set an intention for the coming season

Take time to intentionally rest and come home to yourself. Release held tension in your body, mind and spirit and start the new year off welcoming a fresh intention in your life.

The massage ceremony consists of a series of four 1 on 1 massage therapy sessions of 1.5hrs.

Each session will include time for focused reflection, intention setting and a 60m full body massage. Each massage will be different and may include Lomi Lomi massage, Hot stone, Pulsing and other techniques.

Logistics

Sessions are offered weekly or bi-weekly in Dec - Feb.

Total cost 295 inc VAT.

Spaces are limited to 10 participants.
