Greater ease and agency in your body, and intimate relationships through safe embodied learning
Bodies, sex and sexual difficulties are often stigmatised and not discussed openly and honestly. When challenges arise in these areas, many people suffer quietly and settle for less. Feelings of shame, guilt, disconnection, frustration, or powerlessness are common.
The truth is, everyone runs into challenges that block:
Feeling connected to their body
Enjoying their body or sex
Experiencing intimacy that feels fulfilling
What if instead of settling, you could find knowledgable support that felt safe and open? Where you felt fully accepted? Where you could trust that your body, your yes, and your no would be respected?
As a certified somatic sex coach and sexological bodyworker, this is the kind of support I aim to offer. Open, consent-centered, embodiment-based and inclusive.

Sexological bodywork is a therapeutic approach in which consent and embodiment are prioritised. It supports healing, re-educating your nervous system, releasing shame, and agency through a deeper knowing of your body, how it works, what you do / don’t want and how to get it.
Fundamental to sessions is:
Slowing down to feel your body in the moment
Making choices using the information your body is giving you
You are at choice and your yes’s and no’s are met with gratitude
Explorations with clearly defined intentions and boundaries are used to explore, learn or practice something
Optional to sessions is:
Using touch in an exploration
Sexual or erotic focus
Touch in intimate areas
What kinds of explorations are there?
There are so many kinds of explorations. Here’s a few examples:
Practicing setting boundaries, saying no, or asking for something you want
Allowing your body to know what it feels like to be able to stop touch in the moment OR safely receive touch that has been requested
Bodywork and exercises to release tension in pelvic, genital or anal region.
Discovering what kind of (non-erotic or erotic) touch your body is craving
Learning ejaculatory choice
Understanding what supports / detracts from being present in your body, arousal or orgasms
Exploring pleasure when genital response is difficult to access
Genital / anal scar remediation

Pain, tension, and numbness in genital and anal regions is common and can be related to scar tissue. Scar tissue may or may not be visible and may result from c-sections, trauma while giving birth, haemorrhoids, painful sex and more.
The scar tissue treatment and de-armoring techniques I use center consent and support in reducing tension, restoring sensation, and increasing pleasure potential.
In many cases, it’s also possible to teach you thing you can do to care for your scars.

This is good to discuss during a discovery call. In many cases, it comes down to a question of what you want with both approaches being potentially valuable and complementary to each other.
The somatic coaching and sexological bodywork approaches work with and through the body. They support re-educating your nervous system, practicing things, and getting to know what happens in your body in the moment.
Collaborative approaches
Somatic sex coaching and sexological bodywork can be very complementary to any work you might be doing with a sexologist / psychologist. In fact, many practitioners refer their clients to sexological bodyworkers or partner surrogates because a safe learning / practice environment is needed. This also allows for extra support for things which might be coming up in sexological bodywork sessions. The degree of collaboration between the sexological bodyworker and the therapist can vary.
Further, at times, I may recommend you first see someone else before we work together OR request that you have access to a therapist in case our work together brings up things for which therapy could provide you better support.

Sexological bodywork allows clients to learn experientially, through their body. Experiences of consensual touch (non-erotic or erotic) is one of many options and is never required.
Trust and consent is the foundation. As such all activities including touch within the sessions occur with a specific learning intention, within clearly defined boundaries, and only at the request of the client. Touch boundaries will include the purpose of the touch, duration, and areas of the body which are in/out of bounds.
Non-sexual touch may be two-way and will not include genital touch. All other touch will be one-way (practitioner to client) based on client request and with the client always free to stop or adjust anything that is happening during the session.

I adhere to the ethics of the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers.
Prioritising your safety and clear boundaries is an important part of sexological bodywork. In all our work, you are encouraged to stay within your enthusiastic consent. As such you will never be pushed towards a specific kind of touch and are always welcome to ask for touch to change or stop.
Sexological bodywork includes the option of client-requested genital/anal touch. Reasons might include tension release, educational purpose, or exploring pleasure. Genital/anal touch are only ever included at the request of the client and are always intended in service of the client and not for my own erotic gratification.

As a sexological bodyworker, I offer scar tissue remediation for external and internal scarring. Scars result from many causes including birthing a child, c-section, haemorrhoid treatment, chest surgery, and accidents. Scars can lead to numbness, restriction of movement, pain and other difficulties.
Scar tissue remediation involves manual manipulation and possible processing of emotions and memories related to the scars.
