Yoga therapy at Collaborative Motion is a joyful blend of somatic coaching, therapeutic yoga, mindfulness and compassion tailored to support you with topics related to health, wellbeing, and personal or professional satisfaction.
Even when people have the best of intentions, experiences of emotional labor, judgement and harm often occur in spaces which are intended for health and wellness. This dynamic can increase inner stress reactions, anxiety and avoidance of the spaces and care that we as LGBTQIA+ people need.
It is my hope that Collaborative Motion can provide a safer and courageous space of growth and healing for LGBTQIA+ people, whether they come for LGBTQ specific issues or general health, wellbeing and personal or spiritual development.
Collaborative Motion is about supporting desired flow and movement in your life; Whether physically, emotionally, mentally, in external circumstances or as is so often the case, all of the above.
Yoga therapy is a beautiful holistic modality for this work and in my approach, I integrate my training and experience with somatic coaching, mindfulness, compassion, Clinical Somatics and CliftonStrengths in supporting you.

Skylar is a Yoga therapist in the Netherlands. They offer face-to-face yoga therapy in Haarlem at Studio ZOED in Haarlem Zuid, walking outdoors in the Kennemerduinen and soon in Haarlem Noord.
Skylar also offers online yoga therapy via Zoom.
In addition to Yoga therapy, Skylar works as a coach and mindfulness trainer supporting organisations.
