We offer 1 on 1 coaching, mindfulness workshops or the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.
Mindfulness training is an intensive experience-based training.
Mindfulness training doesn’t focus on eliminating or changing problems but rather opens doors to discover new ways to relate to them. Automatic reactions and patterns are explored and in so doing we learn to create space for creative intentional choices. Awareness of and a gentleness towards ourselves and the present moment will be cultivated.

Mindfulness is a skill which is practiced not an intellectual theory. The course consists of 8 sessions of 2.5 hours + 1 full day over a period of 8 weeks. Sessions will include guided awareness and concentration exercises, mindful movement, sitting and walking meditations as well as offer space for discussion of experiences. Additionally, you will be asked to practice 45 minutes a day with guided exercises. This format has been shown to have long-lasting positive effects.
